Davis

Co-founder
and Executive Vice Chairman of Hurst Associates, Malcolm works with
Senior Individuals from a wide variety of Public and Private Sector
employees. Psychometric Training and Qualification enhance his ability
to guide individuals through appraisal of career options towards Career
Development and Action Planning
Malcolm had
substantial experience in Broadcast Engineering with the BBC before
extending his achievements to Human Resource Senior Selection and
Recruitment processes. As a Senior Manager Malcolm designed, created
and operated the BBC's Career and Career Transition services, which are
still central to the Corporation's programs for supporting staff faced
with career change
